Tantra Hatha Yoga Meditation

Have you been feeling constricted in your thoughts, emotions, and/or your physical body? In this class we will explore how breath and movement can be used to release feelings of constriction, unlock creative flow, and heal the body. Individuals of all ages and mobility are welcome. Proper alignment and adjustments to yoga postures will be explained to ensure each person stays safe and comfortable in their body. No prior yoga experience needed.

What to bring: Please bring a mat, water, and wear comfortable clothes.
