Have you felt overwhelmed with grief and isolation? Maybe you feel uncertain of where to turn? In this workshop we will turn toward what you feel; honoring your loss, your hopes, and your fears as a collective. Space will be held for each person to feel heard, held, and seen before transitioning into a light movement and breath practice. Through movement, you will learn how to allow these states to move through the body, thus harnessing their potential. At the end of the movement practice you will be invited into a ritual of honoring and letting go of what no longer serves you to invite in your deepest longing and intention
